Medical, Dental, Vision

Trivium Life Services offers Medical w/ RX Plans and Dental through Wellmark BlueCross BlueShield and a Vision Discount plan through Delta Dental to regular full-time employees. Part-time employees are not eligible for group benefits. If you elect to participate in the group insurance plans your coverage begins the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
 
We also offer a HSA (Health Savings Account) eligible plan with an employer contribution twice a year: $250 single; $500 family

Short-term and Long term-disability

We offer 100% employer paid short-term disability. Employee paid long-term disability.

Term Life Insurance

$50,000 for any full-time employee 100% employer paid.

401(k) Retirement Plan

Trivium Life Services has established a 401(k)-retirement savings plan that is available to all eligible part-time and full-time employees who are 18 years of age and who have completed a minimum of 3 consecutive months of continuous employment.  The 401(k)-retirement savings plan is managed by Empower.

Hiring Bonus

$1,200 hiring bonus for full-time LINKS DSP or Residential DSP to be paid in three payments in a one-year time period. Part-time hires can earn up to half that amount.

Employee Referral Program

The referring employee will receive a $1000 bonus, paid in three payments over a one-year time period. (Only applies to referrals for LINKS DSP and Residential DSP).

All employees can create their will and other legal documents through a secure website free of charge.

FSA provide you with an important tax advantage that can help you pay health care and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Through Arbor Family Counseling employees are eligible for unlimited telephone consultations and up to 6 office sessions per year per issue.

Tuition Reimbursement

Trivium Life Services offers tuition reimbursement up to 50% of qualified expenses toward the cost of education that directly benefits your employment role, or any role you can reasonably advance to within Trivium Life Services.  Reimbursement of up to 50% of the amount of tuition the employee has paid (excluding the costs of any supplemental tuition assistance, i.e.: grants, scholarships, etc.) will be granted, up to a maximum of $4,000 per employee per year.  In addition, the employee will be reimbursed for books at the rate of $250 per semester, up to a maximum of $500 per year for the approved courses.

Partnership with Buena Vista University:

Our full-time employees, their spouse, domestic partner, and their dependents up to age 26, are eligible for up to a 30% discount on tuition!

Bereavement Leave

As an employee, you may be granted up to five days paid bereavement leave for each occasion where an immediate family member has died.  Bereavement leave applies to the immediate OR stepfamily member OR an employee’s spouse’s immediate or stepfamily member to include: Spouse, Mother, Father, Siblings, Children and Grandparents.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

To be eligible to accumulate PTO, an employee must be a regular part-time or full-time employee scheduled at least 16 hours per week.  The number of paid time off hours earned is based upon the number of hours worked each pay period and the total hours of accumulated service with Trivium Life Services.  Employees will not accumulate additional PTO hours/credit when paid for more than 40 hours per work week.

Holidays

Trivium Life Services offers (7) paid holidays which are below:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Friday following Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

Holidays falling on a Saturday are normally observed on the preceding Friday. Holidays falling on a Sunday are normally observed on the following Monday.

Floating Holiday

Trivium offers up to two (2) floating holidays during the calendar year.  A floating holiday can be used for a holiday not included on the company observed holiday list, such as a cultural or ethnic celebration. It can also be used for another day, such as a birthday or another special day.

Shift Differential

For working weekends and Holidays you get an extra $1.00/hr. more.

Skills Enhancement Training

We offer all levels of training for employees to further their knowledge and enhance their skills within the workplace. This training is offered through Relias Learning.
