Trivium’s Intensive Residential Service Home (IRSH) is a community-based program providing 24-hour support for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities who also have behavioral health needs. In this safe and structured home environment, individuals receive personalized support, connection to behavioral health services, and guidance to help them build stability and greater independence.
Our IRSH model is designed for individuals who benefit from consistent supervision and coordinated support, while not requiring inpatient-level care. Each person has their own private bedroom, and with a maximum of four individuals in the home, we are able to provide attentive, individualized care in a comfortable community setting.
This service supports individuals in being active members of their community while receiving the assistance they need to thrive. IRSH is currently offered at our Council Bluffs, IA location.
